Agreement

Stobo is operated by Johan Adda, 5 boulevard Gabriel Guist'hau, 44000 Nantes, France. Using the Service means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

What Stobo is

An AI-powered SEO and AEO audit platform. We analyze websites, generate scores and recommendations, and produce content that improves your visibility in search engines and AI answer engines.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You're responsible for your credentials and API keys.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@trystobo.com immediately.
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and pricing

The Service runs on credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance.

Credits are consumed by paid features: rewrites, tone extraction, llms.txt generation, exports, and brand answers.

Unused credits don't roll over.

Free features (site audit, robots.txt generation, sitemap generation, freshness code generation) don't consume credits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Audit domains you don't own or aren't authorized to audit in a way that constitutes unauthorized system access.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access without written permission from us.
• Submit malicious URLs designed to exploit our scraping infrastructure.
• Abuse the API beyond reasonable usage patterns. Rate limit is 10 requests per minute per IP.

Public reports

Audit results may be published as public report pages at trystobo.com/report/{domain}. Search engines index these pages. Anyone can view them without logging in.

If you're the verified owner of a domain and want your public report removed, email support@trystobo.com.

AI-generated content

The Service uses Anthropic Claude to generate analysis, scores, recommendations, and content. That output is provided as-is. We don't guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular use.

You're responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before you publish or act on it. Scores and grades are automated checks, not definitive SEO assessments.

Intellectual property

Your content: You keep all rights to your website content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to fetch, analyze, and display audit results for submitted URLs.

Our content: The Service, its design, code, algorithms, and documentation belong to Stobo. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

Generated content: llms.txt, robots.txt, sitemaps, and rewrites we generate for you are yours to use freely.

API and CLI access

API keys give you programmatic access via the Stobo CLI and MCP server. Keep them secure. Don't share them publicly.

We may revoke keys used in violation of these terms. API access follows the same rate limits and usage policies as the web interface.

Third-party services

We rely on Anthropic, Brevo, Serper.dev, and TinyFish to operate the Service. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from these providers.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We're not liable for inaccurate audit results, incorrect AI recommendations, or decisions you make based on the Service's output.

Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Availability

We don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We can modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@trystobo.com.

We can terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms, with or without notice. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Audit data may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Nantes, France.

Changes

We update these terms when needed. Changes go live on this page with an updated date. Continued use means you accept them. For material changes, we'll notify registered users by email.
