What We Provide

Free AEO Audit

We analyze your website's technical readiness for AI search engines. This includes checking robots.txt configuration, schema markup, FAQ content, sitemap presence, and content structure. We calculate an overall AEO score and identify optimization gaps.

The free audit provides a summary score and key findings. It does not include detailed implementation guidance or code.

Paid Implementation Report

For €199, you receive a comprehensive implementation report. This includes specific code blocks for schema markup, optimized content suggestions, detailed fix-by-fix instructions, and strategic recommendations. The report is generated using OpenAI's API and delivered to your email as a downloadable file.

The report provides guidance and recommendations. It does not include hands-on implementation, ongoing support beyond delivery issues, or guaranteed results.

What You're Agreeing To

Using Our Service

You provide a website URL for analysis. We run automated checks and generate results. For paid reports, we process your payment through Stripe, generate your personalized report using AI, and send it to your email.

You're responsible for implementing any recommendations yourself or hiring someone to do it. We provide the roadmap. You handle the execution.

Acceptable Use

You can run audits for websites you own or have permission to analyze. You can purchase reports for legitimate business purposes. You can share reports internally within your organization.

You cannot use our service to harm, abuse, or interfere with our systems. You cannot resell our reports or methodology without permission. You cannot scrape our site or automate requests beyond normal use. You cannot use our service for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Implementation reports cost €199 per website. This is a one-time payment. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

Payment Processing

Stripe processes all payments. When you purchase a report, you're authorizing a charge to your payment method. We receive confirmation from Stripe, then generate and deliver your report.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your report has been generated and delivered to your email.

If technical issues prevent delivery (server problems, email failures), contact us at hello@trystobo.com. We'll resolve delivery issues, but we don't refund for change of mind, dissatisfaction with recommendations, or inability to implement suggestions.

What We Promise (And Don't Promise)

What We Do

We run technical audits using industry-standard AEO best practices. We generate reports with specific, actionable recommendations. We deliver reports to your email within 24 hours of payment. We provide support for delivery issues.

What We Don't Guarantee

We don't guarantee your website will rank higher in AI search results. We don't guarantee specific traffic increases or business outcomes. We don't guarantee our audit catches every possible issue. We don't guarantee AI engines will cite your content even after implementing our recommendations.

Our audit analyzes technical factors we can measure. AI search algorithms are complex, proprietary, and constantly changing. Many factors beyond technical optimization affect visibility, including content quality, domain authority, and competitive landscape.

You implement recommendations at your own risk. We're not responsible for implementation errors, unintended consequences, or lack of expected results.

Intellectual Property

What You Own

You own your website, your content, and your business data. Running an audit doesn't transfer any rights to us. Your audit results and report are yours to use as you see fit within your organization.

What We Own

We own our audit methodology, scoring system, report templates, and code examples. You're purchasing a report for your use, not a license to our methodology. You cannot resell our methodology, create derivative products, or present our frameworks as your own.

Our brand name, logo, and content on trystobo.com are protected by trademark and copyright. You cannot use them without permission.

Third-Party Services

OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to generate personalized reports. Your audit data is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models. We don't control OpenAI's service availability or performance.

If OpenAI's service fails or produces errors, we'll regenerate your report at no additional cost. We're not liable for delays or issues caused by OpenAI's infrastructure.

Stripe

Stripe processes all payments. We don't store your credit card information. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing. Payment disputes go through Stripe's resolution process.

We're not responsible for Stripe service outages, payment processing delays, or transaction failures beyond our control.

Liability Limits

What We're Responsible For

We're responsible for delivering the service we described. If we fail to deliver your report after payment, we'll either deliver it or refund your payment.

What We're Not Responsible For

We're not liable for business decisions you make based on our recommendations. We're not liable for implementation errors or unintended consequences. We're not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.

We're not liable for third-party service failures (OpenAI, Stripe, email providers). We're not liable for recommendations that don't produce expected results.

Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for your report (€199).

Your Responsibility

You're responsible for verifying recommendations before implementing them. You're responsible for backup and testing before making changes to your live site. You're responsible for any consequences of implementation.

If you're unsure about technical changes, consult a developer. Our recommendations are guidance, not instructions you must follow exactly.

Data and Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. That document is part of these terms.

Key points: we collect your email and website URL. We generate reports using your data. We store results for 30 days (free audits) or indefinitely (paid reports). We use EU-based infrastructure. We don't sell your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or business needs. We'll notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on trystobo.com.

Minor updates (typo fixes, clarifications) appear on this page with an updated effective date. Check periodically for changes.

Continuing to use our service after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, stop using our service.

Termination

You Can Stop Anytime

Stop using trystobo.com whenever you want. Delete your audit results by contacting us. Request data deletion under GDPR if applicable.

We Can Refuse Service

We can refuse to provide service, cancel pending reports, or block access if you violate these terms, abuse our systems, use our service fraudulently, or engage in illegal activity.

If we terminate your access, we'll refund any pending reports not yet delivered. We don't refund already-delivered reports.

Disputes and Legal Stuff

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nantes, France.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No Waiver

If we don't enforce a right under these terms, that doesn't mean we've waived it. We can still enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
